Hello. I’m Elizabeth.

Don’t let the letters after my name fool you…I’m just a woman who is trying to live each day better than the last and hopefully spread a little light and some smiles along the way. Life is hard. Period. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t find joy. In my journey, I have discovered that God truly desires for us—each one of us—to live an abundant life filled with His love and goodness. Too often, we live below the privileges and blessings that He offers. I know I did…and I know I still do. Learning to do the work and open myself up to the abundant life God offers is a journey I have been on for most of my life, but everything intensified a few years ago. Now, my mind & heart have been opened and I NEVER want to go back—only forward. And I want you, my friends, to join me because we need each other!

I believe in the power of women and the sanctity of the family. I respect and honor men—as the only girl in a family of all boys, how could I not? However, my mission is to empower women as individuals and in their family roles. My mother passed away two weeks after my 16th birthday, so I know what it is like to live without the influence and daily connection with my mother. Mothers are uniquely divine and critical to the moral survival of our children, our society, our world. And so are women who “mother” in any role. Women are amazing…so amazing that we often run ourselves ragged until we nearly forget who we are and find ourselves locked in the restroom just to get a few moments alone! I hope you will choose to join me and rediscover, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with God so you can enjoy an ABUNDANT LIFE!

Elizabeth’s degrees are in Communications and Instructional Psychology & Technology, both of which combine in her work as an online course architect and a consultant for instructional program development. She loves dancing, but is especially fond of ballroom dance—something that is definitely a big part of the culture from her family of origin. One of her favorite things to do is social dance with her dad or one of her brothers. She traveled, toured, and competed as a member of the world renown Brigham Young University Ballroom Dance Company. She taught in the BYU ballroom program for 8+ years and in other programs for 20+ years. She hopes to soon create an online social dance course for all the adults that beg her to teach their spouse!

Elizabeth loves personal development, traveling, music, playing games, swimming—especially at Lake Powell—popcorn, Jane Austen, planning events, and more. She especially loves teaching and helping women and families get out of the overwhelm & “rat-race” so they can live the abundant life that God desires for them. Why? Because Elizabeth has never been short on trials and challenges—she has learned that the key is to trust in God and invite Him into her daily life—then get to work using specific tools and routines.

As the wife of one and the mother of four, Elizabeth is passionate about strengthening and protecting families. She was Wisconsin Young Mother of the Year in 2003 and is the chapter head of The Worldwide Organization for Women – Davis County, Utah. She is a certified parenting mentor, online course creator, and instructor for Teaching Self-Government. She was a co-owner and founder of Family Culture Connection, which promotes and educates couples on how to intentionally design a strong and healthy family culture. She also helped create the “Connect & Conquer” program for youth and is currently involved in multiple new projects.
