As women, we are stronger together. We are social. We need connection. We create bonds of friendship and support that transcend time and distance. We lean on each other in times of sorrow. We cheer for each other in times of fear and self-doubt. We celebrate each other in times of gladness. We need each other and the strength and support covenant women share.
We get it. The life of a woman in the LDS Church can be overwhelming and it is easy to feel discouraged or like you are “not enough”. But here, you ARE enough! You are always enough because you are a daughter of God! Let us rally around one another and THRIVE together as we strive to become more deliberate disciples of Jesus Christ, that we may experience the JOY of His Gospel and feast on the daily offerings of the Spirit in our lives.
Our women are not incredible because they have managed to avoid the difficulties of life—quite the opposite. They are incredible because of the way they face the trials of life. Despite the challenges and tests life has to offer—from marriage or lack of marriage, children’s choices, poor health, lack of opportunities, and many other problems—they remain remarkably strong and immovable and true to the faith.
